Well, it looks as though I have sold my house and for nearly what we were asking. That's always nice! It ain't over till it's over, but we are close. The buyer may sign the paperwork tonight, may be over the weekend. Tracy, Courtney and I must now finish the process of selecting the homes we want to put offers on and seeing what comes of it. Tomorrow we get with our agent and begin looking at houses in a new light.... the light of knowing we have to buy a new house by June 22nd.
